This notice explains how Uranion EMEA Ltd ("we", "us") handles personal data in connection with the provisor.bot website and the ProvisorBot service. It is written to be read, not hidden behind jargon.
Who we are
Uranion EMEA Ltd, a company established in London, United Kingdom, is responsible for the personal data processed through this website and for the account data of ProvisorBot customers. You can reach us at staff@provisor.bot.
What this notice covers
This website, the enquiries you send us, and the ProvisorBot service. When we process personal data held in a customer's own systems, that customer is the controller and we act as their processor under the Data Processing Agreement; in that case, please direct privacy requests to the customer.
Personal data we process
For the website: the limited technical data needed to serve pages securely, and anything you choose to send when you request a demo, such as your name, company, role and message. For the service: account and configuration data, and the order, inventory and supply data drawn from a customer's connected systems, which may contain limited personal data such as contact names on orders.
Why we process it, and our legal bases
To provide, secure and improve the service and to answer your enquiries (performance of a contract and our legitimate interests), to meet legal obligations, and, where the law requires it, with your consent. We do not use personal data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Where your data is stored
Personal data is stored and processed in the European Union (Frankfurt). We do not transfer it outside the EU or the EEA unless it is agreed with the customer and protected by appropriate safeguards.
Sharing and sub-processors
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the service, under written contracts and only to the extent needed. A current list of sub-processors is available on request. We also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Service data is deleted or returned at the end of the customer agreement, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
Your rights
Subject to local law, you may request access to your personal data, correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a portable copy; you may also complain to your data-protection supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email staff@provisor.bot. For data we hold on a customer's behalf, please contact that customer.
